Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Cemora, a French EURL with share capital of €5,000, registered office at 446 route de Sainte Marie, 31510 Bagiry, France.

Contact: contact@cemora.fr

2. Data that may be processed

The Cemora website does not provide user accounts and does not directly store the information entered in the contact form on a server. Using the form opens your default email application with a pre-filled message; information is sent to Cemora only if you choose to send that email.

Data may include your name, company, business email address, country, business type, message content and any information you voluntarily provide.

The hosting provider may also process technical data required for operation and security, such as IP address, connection date and time, and technical logs.

3. Purposes

Information received by email is used to answer enquiries, assess commercial proposals, review supplier catalogues and terms, prepare or manage a commercial relationship and follow up B2B exchanges.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context, processing may rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you, performance of a commercial relationship, compliance with legal obligations or Cemora's legitimate interest in managing B2B relationships and commercial opportunities.

5. Recipients

Data may be accessed by authorised persons within Cemora and, where necessary, by technical or professional service providers involved in email, hosting, accounting, advisory services or performance of the commercial relationship.

Cemora does not sell personal data collected through this website.

6. Retention

Prospect data may be retained for up to three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect. Where a commercial relationship is established, some data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and then archived for periods required or permitted by accounting, tax or limitation rules.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Cemora may work with commercial partners located outside the European Union. Contact data is not transferred to such partners unless required for your request, the performance of a commercial relationship or another appropriate legal basis.

8. Cookies and trackers

In its current version, the Cemora website does not use advertising or profiling cookies, nor audience-measurement tools requiring consent. The language selector uses separate pages and does not require a cookie.

If analytics tools, embedded videos, maps, social-media services or other third-party services requiring consent are added later, this policy will be updated and a consent-management mechanism will be implemented where required.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or exercise your right to data portability.

To exercise your rights: contact@cemora.fr. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to verify the requester.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

10. Security

Cemora implements reasonable measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

11. Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website, processing activities or applicable law.
